I was pleasantly surprised to receive a birthday card from Icon hotel yesterday. This is the 2nd birthday card from the hotel we stayed in Prague! Such sweet gesture and effective marketing strategy. The card is autographed by 7 of the hotel employees (entire team??). What do I remember about this place? It was a small boutique hotel with very friendly staff and nice Hastens slumber bed ( I was told each bed can cost up to US$15k!). Oh ya, it was also in this hotel that we had a Thai massage (by Indonesian ladies) after miles of cobbled street-walking. 
IF they continue to send me birthday cards in the years to come, I'll definitely return to Prague...
