Simple Saturday

_MG_9691 Detox program is in the house.

Marinate chicken breast with mushroom seasoning, sliced ginger, garlic and coriander root.

Steam chicken for 30 minutes.

Garnish with cucumber, cut chilli, coriander leaves, spring onion and chilli flakes dressing*

*2T olive oil, 1T balsamic vinegar, pepper and chilli flakes.
