Ingredients:
-White pomfret
- Enoki mushroom
- Sliced ginger
- Bee hoon
- Coriander leaves
- Spring onion
- Fried garlic oil
Seasoning:
- Soy sauce
- Black soy sauce
- Fish sacue
- Rock sugar
- Sesame oil
- Chinese Hua Tiao cooking wine
- Coriander root
- Steam fish with sliced ginger and Enoki mushrooms for about 10min
- Cook beehoon in boiling water until soft
- Bring seasoning to boil
- Place beehoon on steamed fish and pour seasoning over fish
- Garnish with coriander leaves and fried garlic oil
