Simple resolution


I’m not big on Indian food EXCEPT my MIL’s fish curry and Rasam. I usually over eat when these 2 are cooked. Her fish curry is full flavoured and tangy. I guess it's extra tastier because it's homecooked! It's supposed to be simple to cook but I have yet to master the art. It was a disaster the last time we tried cooking it. Rasam is a simple soup with tamarind juice, added with tomatoe, garlic, chili and some spices. It’s appetizingly sour and good as a digestive drink, I was told.
"Learn to cook fish curry and Rasam" is now in my 2009 resolution list (self-development category).
